Payment Information

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment.

We accept cash, checks, Visa , MasterCard , and Discover Card . We also participate with the Care Credit program.

If insurance benefits are available, we will gladly submit claims for provided services. To the best of our ability, we will assist patients in determining their estimated co-pays. However, regardless of what is estimated, patients will be responsible for all charges not covered by their carrier.
